                          How to Make Believable Clouds

1.    Using 2" Scenery brush cover canvas with white basecoat and over that apply a little blue to entire canvas.

2.     Mix a dark bluish gray.
Load the fan brush and chisel the edge of brush.  Using corner of brush form the cloud.

3.    Wipe off brush and soften ends and bottom of clouds with a crisscross motion of your fan brush.
(Linear Perspective = clouds on bottom would be further away).

4.    Wash brush and mix into the mixture of Titanium white and deep red to create an off white. Go a little above the gray.  Wipe and blend, wipe and blend.

5.    Wash brush. Use Titanium white for a lighter and brighter glow at the top of the clouds.
